- 5 stalks celery
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 qt. tomato juice
- 1 qt. water
- 2 to 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 (14 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
Directions

1Cut cabbage, celery and onion into bite size pieces.

2Put all ingredients into 5-quart Dutch oven.

3Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until vegetables are tender.
