- 4 c. beef broth
- 1 c. tomato puree
- 1 carrot
- 1 medium onion
- 1 small stem of celery
- 2 c. cabbage
- salt and pepper
- parsley flakes
Directions

1Add tomato puree to beef broth.

2Set aside.

3Peel and dice carrot, onion and celery.

4Shred cabbage.

5Combine these together. Cover with water.

6Cook until tender.

7Do not drain.

8Add to the beef broth.

9Add salt and pepper to taste and 1 heaping spoonful of parsley flakes.

10Simmer 15 minutes.
