- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 medium head cabbage, cut thin or chopped
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 bag noodles (1 lb. or so)
Directions

1In skillet or Dutch oven-type pan, cook butter and onion until tender on low heat so it doesn't burn.

2Add cabbage, sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar.

3Cover and cook until done on low heat so it doesn't burn.

4In water, cook noodles until done.

5Drain and add to cabbage mixture and serve.

6(Cook noodles while cabbage mixture is cooking so both will be ready at same time.)
