  • 1 c. thinly sliced carrots
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 fresh tomatoes

  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 medium head cabbage, chopped coarsely
