- 1 medium head cabbage
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 small can mushrooms (can use fresh)
- 3/4 c. Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Cut cabbage in 1-inch squares; cook in water 5 minutes. Drain.

2Add to soup, mushrooms plus 1/2 can of mushroom liquid, and cheese.

3Heat.

4Put cabbage in casserole; pour mixture on top. Top with crumbs.

5Bake in 325° oven until bubbly (about 30 minutes or so).
