Cacao Nica Drink

   Put the cacao beans to cook in a dry sauce pan until both sides of the cacao bean is black.

   Meaning its ready to peel.

   Let the cacao beans cool before you start peeling it.

   Once all the cacao beans are peeled put them all in your blender.

   Add the over night soaked rice, the cinnamon sticks, vanilla and 2 cups of water.

   Now that you have everything blended put the mixture through a strainer.

   In a big pitcher add all the milk and mix it with the mixture we just made.

   Now its the time to add the sugar.

   Its last because it will be according to how sweet you want it.

    Two cups is enough.

    At last add ice or cool it for over an hour.
