  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup packed flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • salt and pepper
