Caesar Red Coleslaw

Ingredients
- 3 cups red cabbage, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup carrot, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
- For the dressing
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise (I use light but you could probably use fat free or full-fat)
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (**)
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions

1Combine salt and garlic together to form a paste. Add to other dressing ingredients and mix well. In large bowl combine cabbage, carrots and green onions with the dressing.

2Toss until completely coated. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve cold.

4Combine ingredients until combined.

5Store leftover dressing in refrigetator, covered for approximately 1 week.
