- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, squashed
- 1 1/2 lemons (less than 1/4 c. juice)
- 1 egg
- 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. Romano cheese
- 1/2 c. croutons
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Combine olive oil and garlic and let sit 1/2 hour.

2Add lemon juice from lemons, egg, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste.

3Stir well.

4Tear 2 heads of romaine lettuce and arrange in bowl.

5Strain dressing into lettuce and toss.

6Top with Romano cheese and croutons and serve.
