- 2 cloves garlic
- 5 T vegetable oil
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 3 whole anchovy fillets
- 1 whole lemon
- 1 egg
- 8 T parmesan cheese
- 1 c croutons, seasoned
- 1 large bunch of romaine lettuce, torn
Directions

1Smash cloves of garlic into wood bowl, then mash and rub anchovies or use anchovy paste.

2Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and oil.

3Just before serving add egg and whisk dressing well.

4Add romaine lettuce and top with croutons and cheese. Serve immediately.
