  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 6 oil packed anchovy fillets drained, and
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves pressed
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste

Directions

    Whisk all ingredients except oil in small bowl to blend.

    Gradually whisk in oil.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    (Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and chill. Rewhisk before using.)
