Cajun Crab Wraps

  • 1 cup butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cajun spices
  • 2 lbs imitation crabmeat
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages wonton wrappers

    Melt butter, cream cheese and sour cream together.

    Add everything else except crab meat and onions.

    Stir in crabmeart and onions, cook about 5 minutes to blend well.

    place one heaping teaspoon of mixture in center of wontoon wrapper.

    Fold 4 corners together and slightly twist to hold closed.

    Deep fry in hot oil for one or two minutes until wontoon wrappers are golden brown.
