- 6 large eggs
- 2 1/2 tbsp Mayo
- 1 tsp Creole mustard
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 dash Tabasco hot sauce
- 12 as needed Creole seasoning
Directions

1Boil eggs for 20 minutes, remove from heat and cover in ice water

2Remove shells, cut in half, remove eggs yolks and place in small mixing bowl

3In mixing bowl with yolks, add mayo, mustard, sugar, hot sauce, and mash with fork until smooth

4With t-spoon, evenly distribute filling into egg halves

5Sprinkle all eggs with creole seasoning to taste (and for color)

6Enjoy!
