- 2 sticks butter
- 3/4 c. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 c. tarragon vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. dry white wine
- 3 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Cajun pepper or red crushed pepper
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in saucepan and heat.

2Put shrimp in casserole dish, not cleaned.

3Put sauce over and bake 40 minutes at 350°.
