- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. Crisco
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. milk
- 5 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1In a mixing bowl, blend sugar, Crisco, vanilla, and butter. Mix well until sugar is dissolved.

2In a medium saucepan, mix milk and flour and cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly.

3Remove sauce pan from heat and allow mixture to cool. When cool, blend milk and flour mixture with sugar mixture.

4Whip at high speed for 8 to 10 minutes.

5Icing will keep up to 3 weeks in the freezer.
