Cake Mix Fruit Cobbler

  • 1 box (18.25 Oz. Box) Yellow Cake Mix
  • 2 cans (21 Oz. Can) Fruit Pie Filling Of Your Choice
  • Cinnamon, To Taste
  • 1/2 cups Butter

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour both cans of fruit filling in a 9x13 pan, spreading evenly in the pan. Pour yellow cake mix over the pie filling and smooth it out by hand. Pour the melted butter over the cake mix, covering completely. Sprinkle cinnamon over the butter. Place in the oven and cook for 30-35 minutes (see note below), or until golden and bubbly.

    Note: after 10-15 minutes, remove the cobbler from the oven to make sure that the butter has melted and covered all of the cake mix. If there is still dry mix showing, cover that with more butter or the cake mix will not cook properly. Place back in the oven.
