  • 1 1/2 c. cooked rice (soft)
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. warm milk with 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Place soft rice in a bowl.

    Add eggs, flour, salt and nutmeg. Beat until smooth.

    Drop by tablespoon in deep, hot fat and fry golden brown.

    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
