- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg to taste
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. warm milk with 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Place soft rice in a bowl.

2Add eggs, flour, salt and nutmeg. Beat until smooth.

3Drop by tablespoon in deep, hot fat and fry golden brown.

4Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
