Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. stew meat or one round steak, trimmed of fat and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 to 3 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1/2 (3 oz.) bottle chili powder
  • 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
  • 3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • 3 (8 oz.) cans water
  • 1 pkg. flour tortillas

Directions

    Brown first four ingredients in small amount of oil.

    Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and water.

    Cook over low heat until tender, 6 to 8 hours.

    Serve with rolled, buttered, hot tortillas.
