Ingredients

  • 2 cups apples, unpeeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons tangerine peel, grated
  • 3 cups tangerines, peeled and segmented, seeded
  • 2 tablespoons green bell peppers, chopped
  • 5 cups cabbage, finely shredded
  • 12 calendula flowers, washed and dried
  • 13 cup sour cream
  • 14 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 12 teaspoon mustard
  • 12 teaspoon celery seed
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon ground pepper

Directions

    Combine apple, tangerine peel, tangerine segments and chopped green pepper with cabbage in a large bowl.

    Remove petals from flowers and add petals to the salad.

    Blend together remaining ingredients and pour over coleslaw.

    Toss lightly to mix well.
