  • 1/2 lb. bacon, diced
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (No. 2) can lima beans
  • 1 (No. 2) can kidney beans
  • 1 large can pork and beans

Directions

    Brown bacon, beef and onions*.

    Drain some of juice from all the beans and save to add if needed during baking.

    Mix all ingredients together and bake, uncovered, at 300° for 1 1/2 hours. This is a great dish for a potluck.
