- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. lukewarm water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. butter
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Add sugar.

3Add rest of ingredients. Cover; let stand overnight without refrigeration.

4Next morning, roll dough the size of a 9-inch pie pan (1/2 inch thick).

5Cut into pie shape wedges.

6Roll from large end and place on a well-greased cookie sheet.

7Cover and let rise.

8Can stay up to 8 hours.

9Bake for 10 minutes at 400°.

10Makes 3 dozen.
