Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard (using bottled spicy mustard works well also)
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 dash paprika

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a jar. Stir or shake.

    Makes enough for a couple of servings, so store leftovers in refrigerator. Shake before using.

    Note: Feel free to experiment -- red wine vinegar, balsamic, dill weed, etc etc.
