- 15 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 3/4 c. ham, cubed or 24 meatballs (if desired)
- 2 loaves frozen bread dough, defrosted
Directions

1Mix all cheeses, parsley and ham, if desired, together. Separate defrosted bread dough into 8 pieces and roll out into a circle about 8 inches across.

2Place 1/4 to 1/2 cup of cheese mixture on one side of dough circle.

3Fold other half over to make a semi-circle.

4Pinch edges to seal.

5Bake in a 375° oven for 15 to 20 minutes until dough is golden brown.
