- 1/2 chicken breast per person
- lemon
- rosemary
- balsamic vinegar
Directions

1Brown the chicken in small amount of fat.

2(Electric pan preferred.) Remove chicken from pan. Slice off in small pieces the outside of 1 lemon (1 lemon for 4 pieces of chicken).

3Put in bottom of frypan.

4Place chicken back in pan. Sprinkle each piece of chicken with rosemary and pour 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar over each piece.

5Cook until done.
