  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Slice steak, against the grain, into pieces about 1 inch thick.

    Cut pieces crosswise into 5-inch strips (about size of hot dogs).
