  • 1 to 2 lb. stew meat
  • 1 pt. tomato sauce
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes (no need to dissolve)
  • 3 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. celery
  • 1 1/2 c. raw potatoes, peeled and cubed bite size
  • 1 1/2 c. carrots
  • 3/4 c. onion
  • salt and pepper

    Mix all ingredients and place in a covered roaster.
