- 5 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Place the potatoes and onion on a large piece of heavy-duty foil (about 20 x 20-inches); dot with butter.

2Combine the cheese, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; sprinkle over potatoes.

3Fold foil up around potatoes and add broth.

4Seal the edges of foil well.

5Grill, covered, over medium coals, for 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

6Yields 4 to 6 servings.
