- 5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 6 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt
- pepper
- 1/3 c. water or broth
Directions

1Place potatoes and onion on a large piece of heavy-duty foil. Dot with margarine.

2Combine cheese, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.

3Pour over potatoes.

4Fold foil over potatoes and add broth.

5Seal the edges well.

6Grill, covered, on medium heat for 35 to 40 minutes or until tender.
