"Can-Opener" Casserole

  • 4 large whole chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1 small can mushrooms, cut
  • 1 c. celery, diced largely
  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
  • pimento
  • 1 can sliced almonds
  • 1 to 2 c. Chinese noodles

Directions

    Cook chicken breasts; cool and cut into chunks.

    Mix mushroom soup, chicken soup, evaporated milk, mushrooms, chicken, celery, green pepper, pimento and almonds.

    Put into casserole dish and cover with Chinese noodles.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
