- 4 large whole chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 small can mushrooms, cut
- 1 c. celery, diced largely
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- pimento
- 1 can sliced almonds
- 1 to 2 c. Chinese noodles
Directions

1Cook chicken breasts; cool and cut into chunks.

2Mix mushroom soup, chicken soup, evaporated milk, mushrooms, chicken, celery, green pepper, pimento and almonds.

3Put into casserole dish and cover with Chinese noodles.

4Bake at 325° for 1 hour.

5Makes 6 to 8 servings.
