Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pecans (more if using large egg)
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Directions

    Beat egg white until frothy.

    Pour into nuts and stir until moistened.

    Stir and mix well the last 3 ingredients.

    Pour over nuts; stir until coated.

    Bake on a cookie sheet at 250° about 1 hour.

    Stir and turn nuts 3 times while baking.

    Do not overbake.
