- 1 lb. pecans (more if using large egg)
- 1 large egg white
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Directions

1Beat egg white until frothy.

2Pour into nuts and stir until moistened.

3Stir and mix well the last 3 ingredients.

4Pour over nuts; stir until coated.

5Bake on a cookie sheet at 250° about 1 hour.

6Stir and turn nuts 3 times while baking.

7Do not overbake.
