  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 4 c. pecan halves
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Beat egg white and water until frothy.

    Stir in pecans, coating well.

    Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon and stir in pecans, coating evenly.

    Bake at 300° for 45 minutes.

    Stir every 15 minutes.
