  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 unbeaten egg whites
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 lb. pecans

Directions

    Mix sugar and egg white.

    Add pecans and mix well.

    Place margarine on cookie sheet.

    Heat oven to 325°.

    Put cookie sheet in oven and completely melt margarine.

    Place pecan mixture on cookie sheet and spread out.

    Bake pecans for 45 minutes, removing every 10 minutes to turn nuts over.
