- 1 stick margarine
- 2 unbeaten egg whites
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 lb. pecans
Directions

1Mix sugar and egg white.

2Add pecans and mix well.

3Place margarine on cookie sheet.

4Heat oven to 325°.

5Put cookie sheet in oven and completely melt margarine.

6Place pecan mixture on cookie sheet and spread out.

7Bake pecans for 45 minutes, removing every 10 minutes to turn nuts over.
