  • 3 cups of pecan halves
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

    In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, bake pecans at 250° for 5 minutes. In large saucepan melt butter; stir in corn syrup and 1/4 cup sugar, and a dash of cinnamon. Bring to boil, let boil for 3 minutes. Pour syrup over pecans. Bake at 250° for 1 hour. Stir 4 times. When done sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
