- 6 to 8 large sweet potatoes
- 1/2 c. Karo dark corn syrup
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Boil sweet potatoes until soft.

2Peel and cut in half.

3Place in shallow pan.

4Bring syrup, sugar and butter/margarine to a boil.

5Simmer 5 minutes.

6Pour over potatoes.

7Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
