  • 1 3/4 c. cinnamon candies
  • 2/3 c. corn syrup
  • 1 c. water
  • dash of salt
  • ice cream sticks

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except sticks for cooking in a saucepan.

    Cook until mixture reaches 300° or hard brittle stage. Place sticks into apples.

    Dip each apple into mixture.
  4. 4
    Line a cookie sheet with wax paper and place apples on it.

    Cool.
