  • 3 qt. popped corn
  • 1 c. peanuts
  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. white corn syrup
  • salt

Directions

    Bring first 6 ingredients to boil; boil 5 minutes.

    Add soda and vanilla.

    Spread popcorn and nuts in large roaster pan. Spread caramel mix over top; stir.

    Bake 1 hour at 225°, stirring every 15 minutes.

    Turn over mix every 15 minutes or 4 times.
