- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. white corn, dried
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 bottle coconut milk
- 2 c. milk
- cinnamon
Directions

1Cook the corn as you would dried beans or peas until tender (20 minutes in the pressure cooker is one way).

2Don't use a lot of water.

3After the corn is done, add other ingredients.

4(You may need more milk, coconut and sugar, depending on how the corn comes out.)

5Before serving, sprinkle with cinnamon.

6The texture should be creamy, but lumpy and not too thick.

7Serve warm.
