- corn, cut from cob
- boiling water
- 1 tsp. salt per qt.
- 2 tsp. sugar per qt.
- 2 tsp. lemon juice per qt.
Directions

1Cut corn from cob as soon as possible.

2Pour boiling water over corn to almost cover it.

3Boil 1 minute.

4Add salt, sugar and lemon juice per quart.

5Put in jars while hot.

6Put jars in hot water.

7Cook 2 hours.

8For pressure canner, process 10 to 15 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
