Canned Peach Pie

  • crust (make one or use store-bought top and bottom crust)
  • 3/4 to 1 c. sugar
  • 4 tsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 qt. canned sliced peaches (not quite all the juice)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon in saucepan.

    Stir in sliced fruit.

    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.

    Pour into crust. Dot with butter.

    Put top crust on and bake about 40 minutes at 425° until nicely browned.
