- crust (make one or use store-bought top and bottom crust)
- 3/4 to 1 c. sugar
- 4 tsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 qt. canned sliced peaches (not quite all the juice)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon in saucepan.

2Stir in sliced fruit.

3Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.

4Pour into crust. Dot with butter.

5Put top crust on and bake about 40 minutes at 425° until nicely browned.
