Canned Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (17 oz.) can whole corn
  • 1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower in cheese sauce, cooked
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. cut broccoli in cheese sauce, cooked
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss and Jack cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup

Directions

    Drain corn (whole).

    Combine creamed corn, cheese and soup. Fold in cauliflower, broccoli and whole corn.

    Turn into a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Melt butter and toss with crumbs. Sprinkle over top of mixture.

    Bake, uncovered, at 370° for 30 to 35 minutes.

    You can prepare ahead and chill.

    If you do this, add 15 minutes more baking time.
