- Crepes
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- Filling
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 cube butter or 1 margarine
- 28 ounces spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Directions

1Beat crepe ingredients together very well. Cook crepes and set aside.

2Beat filling ingredients together until fluffy.

3Fill crepes. (I like to spread the filling out peanut butter style and roll up.).

4Place crepes in greased 9x13 baking pan. Pour jar of spaghetti sauce over crepes.

5Cover with Parmesan cheese.

6Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, uncovered.
