- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. shortening
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
Directions

1Mix together flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt.

2Cut in with a pastry blender until pieces are the size of small peas.

3Mix in shortening and eggs until creamy.

4Blend in vinegar and cold water, one tablespoon at a time.

5Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead.

6Wrap in waxed paper and chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
