- 2 loaves unsliced Italian bread
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. crabmeat or shrimp
- 1 c. chopped onions
Directions

1Hollow out one loaf of bread.

2Break or cut the part you have removed and the entire second loaf into bite-size pieces.

3Combine mayonnaise, cheese, crab and onions in baking dish.

4May be done ahead to this point and refrigerated.

5Bake until hot (350° for 20 to 30 minutes) and pour into hollowed out bread.

6Serve surrounded with bread pieces for dipping.
