  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/3 c. shortening
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 c. cantaloupe pulp

Directions

    Mix the first 4 ingredients.

    Cream the sugar and shortening together.

    Add the egg and the cantaloupe.

    Mix all ingredients together.
