  • 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 c. cold water
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 c. mint leaves

    Stir until dissolved.

    cream until soft peaks form.

    Whip egg whites until frothy, beat in sugar until stiff peaks form, fold cream
