- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 lb. ground lean beef
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 (1 lb.) can Chinese vegetables
- 1 (10 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
- 1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Directions

1Melt butter in skillet; add onions, celery and beef and cook until meat is brown.

2Add soy sauce, soups and vegetables.

3Turn mixture into greased 2-quart casserole.

4Cover with noodles.

5Bake in preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes.
