  • 1 1/2 lb. boneless pork, cut into strips
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 small green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 (4 oz.) mushrooms, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

    Brown pork in oil to remove excess fat; drain.

    Place pork and all other ingredients in crock-pot, 6 to 8 hours on low or 3 hours on high.
