Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth or 2 chicken bouillon cubes, dissolved in water
- 1 c. long grain rice
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 lb. cleaned shrimp
- cubed, cooked chicken
- cubed, cooked pork, beef or ham
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 c. finely chopped green onions (tops, too)
- 1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
- slivered almonds
Directions

1Bring broth to a boil.

2Add rice.

3Cover and cook until rice is done.

4In a large skillet, place the oil and egg; cut egg into strips as it cooks.

5Add shrimp, chicken and pork, about 3/4 cup altogether.

6Add cooked rice and season with salt, pepper, green onions and soy sauce.

7Blend together and cook over low heat for 7 to 8 minutes.

8Top with slivered almonds.
