- 8 slices bacon
- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 8 c. water
- 2 sliced onions
- 2 c. shredded dried beef
- 6 sliced potatoes
Directions

1Cut bacon in 1-inch pieces.

2Fry until most of the grease is extracted.

3Remove bacon and put flour in the fat.

4Blend smooth, then add water slowly.

5Stir and cook until flour thickens, then add dried beef, potatoes and onions.

6Cover skillet and cook 20 minutes.

7Thin with a little hot water if too thick.

8Serves 4.
