Cape Cod Fish Chowder

Ingredients
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 tsp. oleo
- 3 large potatoes, cut up
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. water
- 1 lb. fresh of frozen fish
- 1 c. corn and liquid
- 1 tall can evaporated milk
Directions

1Saute onion in oleo until soft.

2Add potatoes, salt, basil, pepper and water.

3Bring to boil.

4Lower heat and cook 15 minutes. Add fish on top of potatoes.

5Cook 15 minutes more, until fish flakes and potatoes are tender.

6Add corn and it's liquid and milk.

7Heat, do not boil.

8Serves 6.
